You little girls will love to
make a perfume necklace they made themselves!You need:
Instructions:
Mix up a batch of Solid Perfume. Recipe will fill about eight heart
necklaces. Pour or spoon into heart necklaces. Let sit for a couple of hours while it
hardens. Decorate using sequins, gemstones, glitter, etc. Untie necklace cord, string on
some pony beads and retie.
