Black Cat Costume
Meow! Just wear all black, make cat ears from a feather boa, use another boa for a tail and you'll have a great costume that will be comfortable to wear all night.

You Need:

• Plastic Headband
• Two Black Boas
• Ears Pattern
• Black Craft Foam
• Scissors
• Low Temp Glue Gun

Instructions:

Glue a black boa on one end of a plastic headband. Wrap the boa around the headband tacking with hot glue to keep it in place. Trim. Print Ears Pattern. Staple to black foam all around the outsides of the ears. Cut out all four ears. Glue pieces back to back so you will have two thicker ears. Glue ears to head band and glue pieces of boa around the edge of the ears.
