Paint both the paint stick and the jumbo craft stick. Let dry. Glue the craft stick horizontally across the paint stick to form a cross. Then glue the colored shells on the cross. Cut a piece of the satin cord and make a loop. Glue the ends of the loop on the back of the cross. Let dry.
