Paint the tissue box light blue. Let dry. Then use white paint and a sponge to make clouds. Use tan paint on the bottom half of the tissue box to look like sand. Put a layer of tacky glue on the bottom of the tissue box and cover with sand. Along the bottom edge put hot glue and then place mini seashells around the box.
