Cut a piece
of brown pipe cleaner in half. Twist each half around the end of the
pipe cleaner. Glue in place. Glue on the foam pieces using photo as a
guide. Glue the assembled pieces to the frame with photo glued to the
back.
Cut cord in half. Discard half. String
pony beads to cord. Tie a knot in each end 3" from the end to
hold beads in place. Glue to pond piece.
Tie a knot in each side of the cord about 6" up on each side.
String on pony beads. Tie a knot under each set. Glue both ends to back
of pond piece.
