Pop out pieces of lantern. Cut pieces of
glow-in-the-dark foam sheets to fit behind the areas of the lantern.
Glue edges. Glue bayou foamies to the front areas of the lantern. Fold
end tabs inward and crease on seams. Glue tabs to inside of other end to
secure. Bend a pipe cleaner to make a handle and twist into holes on the
top.
