Fit a piece of cardboard inside the
shirt. Peel and stick letters firmly on the tee shirt to spell out
"FEAR NOT". Mix glow-in-the-dark additive with equal amounts
of yellow paint on a plastic plate. Press a piece of sponge in to the
mixture and press it to the shirt around the letters. Continue until the
area around the letters have good coverage making sure to get between
the letters and near the edges.
