• Bible Verse Hanger Kit
• Tacky Glue

Instructions:

To make reeds, cut a piece of brown pipe cleaner in half. Twist each half around the end of a green pipe cleaner. Glue in place. Glue other foam pieces to the blue pond foam piece. Glue ribbon to back for a hanger.
