Design and color the sail. Paint or use permanent markers on wooden pieces. Let dry. Assemble all the wooden pieces (except the craft stick) putting a dab of glue in the predrilled holes to secure. Poke the top of the mast through the hole in the sail. Glue the craft stick in place beneath the mast.
Cut an 18" piece of braided jute. Wrap it around three fingers and tie ends. Glue in place.
