Cut a piece of foam to 1¼" x
4½". Glue around container of mini bubbles. Knot the middle of an 8" piece of
satin cord to the ring on the plastic clip. Wrap cord around the neck of the container and
double knot. String two mini pony beads to each cord end. Knot ends and trim. Glue small
foam shapes around container.
