Cover your work surface with newspaper. Turn a medium sized
bucket or bowl upside down. Adjust painter's cap to fit snugly over the bucket or bowl.
This will make working much easier.
Lightly draw out your design with pencil. (We traced around
star woodsies to make the stars look
neater.)
Fill the red areas with glue. Sprinkle a generous amount of
glitter over the glue. Let dry. Shake off excess. Fill the blue areas with glue. Sprinkle
a generous amount of glitter over the glue. Let dry. Shake off excess.
Use gem glue to attach rhinestones to your hat. Let dry.
