Bag of Beads Costume
Here's a first place costume your little crafter will love to wear!

You need:

• 1 Yard 60" Clear Vinyl
• Six Swimming Pool Noodles
  with Hollow Middle
• Cement
• Stapler
• Serrated Knife and Adult
• Label Stock or Paper and Rubber Cement

Instructions:

Ask an adult to slice up swimming pool noodles into 1-1/2" pieces. These will be the beads. Cut vinyl in half to two 30" pieces, trim length if necessary. Lay both pieces of vinyl out and glue "beads" all over one side of each piece. Leave about 4" on each side empty and leave about 9" on the top empty.

Cut a scoop out of the vinyl at the top where the neck is. Make a label and stick or glue it to the front of the "bead bag." Staple the shoulders together, vinyl to the outside. Staple one side seam front to back, leaving an opening for the arm. Slip on the "bead bag". Staple the other side seam.
