Starting at the middle of the headband, hold two different
colored pipe cleaners together, winding them tightly around the headband
spacing to fill the top half. Wind two more pipe cleaners around the other side. Curl four
additional pipe cleaners around a pen or pencil to make spring. Twist
end around the head band spacing as shown in photo above. Glue 12
science foamies to the curly pipe cleaners and glue on wiggle eyes as
shown.
