Halloween Tissue Paper Magnets
These are gooey and messy to make but dry hard and long-lasting.

You need:

Instructions:

Lightly coat the inside of the cookie cutter with petroleum jelly. Place it on a plastic plate also coated with petroleum jelly. In a disposable bowl, dilute white glue with an equal amount of water. Tear tissue paper into pieces.  Dip each piece into the glue solution and crumple up into a tight ball. Press crumpled pieces in the cookie cutter, pressing it flat with your finger tip. Fill the entire shape evenly. Dry for several hours. Pop out of mold. Let dry overnight. Tissue paper will be very hard. Glue a piece of magnet onto back.
