Assemble favor box. Cut a piece of cotton batting 2" x
12". Fold it in half lengthwise and glue along the bottom edge of the box with the
folded side up. Trim off extra.
Glue 3/4" black ribbon around the box centering it in
the remaining space. Glue on a 1" piece of silver ribbon for the buckle. Fill with
treats.
