Ship in a Bottle Memo Holder
Easier then you expect, this project makes a nice gift for Dad or as a craft for your summer camp.

You Need:

• Mini Ship in a Bottle
• Glue Dots
• Pattern
• Card Stock
• Pen
• Small Post-It Note Pad
• Scissors

Instructions:

Print pattern on card stock. Decorate if desired with markers or crayons. Cut out. Fold four sides down. Fold tabs in. Glue into a box top shape. We actually used a small box top for this project which will make it sturdier. Glue mini ship in a bottle on top. Glue on post-it note pad. Carefully poke a hole with a pen and leave the pen in it.
