Patriotic Headband
Dress up for your July 4th party with a patriotic red, white and blue headband.

You need:

• Plastic Headbands
• Low Temp Glue Gun
• Scissors
• 2' Red Feather Boa
• 2' Blue Feather Boa
• Star Woodsies
• Crystal Glitter
• White Paint

Instructions:

Wrap red and blue boa pieces  around the headband securing ends with hot glue. Paint small woodsies stars white. Sprinkle on glitter while still wet. Glue stars to headband.
