Poofy Pencil Holder

You need:

• Approximately Four Colossal Pipe Cleaners
• 1/2" Pompoms
• Tacky Glue
• Empty Container such as a Small Pringles Container

Instructions:

Cut colossal pipe cleaners into the same length as your container. Use tacky glue to completely cover the container with the pipe cleaners.

Glue on pompoms to make poofy flower as shown in the photo above.
