You Need:

• Bug Wind Chime Blank
• 10mm -- Wiggle Eyes
• Paint
• Foam Brush
• Tacky Glue
• Paint Pen (Optional)

Instructions:

Paint a wind chime using photo above as a guide or design your own. Outline with black paint pen. Glue on wiggle eyes.
