Recycled Box Necklace
Use any small box, like this 3" Valentine candy box or a jewelry box, add some lace and let the kids do the rest!

You need:

• Small Box
• String, Cord or Yarn
• Lace and Low Temp Glue Gun (optional)
• Small, Collage Items such as: Beads, Sea Shells, Pompoms, Sequins, Glitter, Confetti, Etc.
• Tacky Glue
  

Instructions:

Use glue gun to attach lace all around edge of box if desired. Glue both ends of a 24" piece of cord to the back to make it into a necklace.

Assist child in squeezing out enough tacky glue to cover the bottom. Spread it around. Let child select from collage items and place them into box on top of the glue in a single layer. Let dry.
