Picture Tag Charm Necklace
Another project from our friends at Klutz! Make picture charms. Reprinted from their book Picture Tags. Project by Marilyn Green & Theresa Hutnick.

You Need:

• Blank Tags
• Small Pictures (Photos, Gift Wrap, Magazines)
• Decoupage Solution
• Small Brush
• 1/8" Hole Punch
• Satin Cord

-Or-

• The Klutz Picture Tags Book

Instructions:

Cut out a small picture from wrapping paper, a magazine or part of a small photo. Punch a hole If using the Klutz book, punch out one of the picture included. Choose a tag a place it on a piece of paper. Spread a thin layer of decoupage solution all across the tag with a thin brush or use the glaze included in the Klutz book. Hint: to avoid getting your fingers gooey, rotate the paper instead of the tag.

Press your picture on the tag, lining up the holes. Smooth out any wrinkles with your fingers. Spread a layer of decoupage solution over the top of the picture. Let dry. String a piece of satin cord to make a necklace.
