Jigglypuff Pencil Topper
Patterns provided for both color and black and white printers. Print on card stock or use them for patterns for cutting craft foam.

You need:

• 1 Large Pink Pompom
• Jigglypuff Pattern
• Scissors
• Pencil
• Tacky Glue
• Low Temp Glue Gun

Instructions:

Print and cut out Jigglypuff Pattern. Hot glue pom pom to end of pencil. Use tacky glue to attach jigglypuff pieces to pom pom.
