Halloween "LightSaver
Flashlight
Don't send the kids trick-or-treating without a flashlight... especially if it's decorated to look like candy!

You need:

• 3" Flashlight and Battery
• Vinyl Tape or Colored Masking Tape
• Tacky Glue
• Pattern
• Scissors

Instructions:

Trim tape into 1/4" strips. Wrap in rings around the flashlight. Print pattern. Trim close to lettering. Glue onto the flashlight over the tape.
