Instructions:

Paint the wood parts of the wind chime. Let dry. Use a toothpick to dab on glue and place embellishments. Use a pen or nail to poke a hole in the top of mini hat. Work the nail or pen around to make the hole bigger. Cut a 12" piece of metallic cord. String it through the metal ring in the top of the wind chime. String both end though the hole in the top of the hat. Tie ends together in an overhand knot.
