You Need:

Wooden Clapper
Blue and White Acrylic Paint
Foam Brush
USA Foamies
Red Vinyl Tape

Instructions:

Paint the wooden clapper handle white. Paint the star head blue. Let dry. Stick on a foam USA shapes for decoration. Wrap the handle with red vinyl tape. Shake vigorously back and forth to make a clapping sound.
