 Personalized Gift Box
Make a personalized box for each of your friends with
their initial on the top. Our scratch art and patterns make it easy. Put a small gift
inside to make it two gifts in one!You

Pop out the round top of the box. Trace around it with a pencil on
scratch art board. Cut out the circle inside the line so it will fit inside the top. Print
pattern for fancy capital letters. Select the letter
to use and center it inside the circle. Trace around the outline of the letter using the
stylus, pressing hard so it makes an indent in the scratch board beneath. Remove the
pattern and trace around the imprint with the stylus, scratching away the black. Scratch
out the black all around the letter, leaving the letter black and revealing the color for
the rest of the circle.
Paint top frame of box black. Paint the box bottom black. Let dry.
Cut a 1" x 11" strip of scratch art to fit around the box
bottom. Using the stylus, outline a repeating pattern such as the circles we used. Scratch
away the background. You can also choose to scratch a personalized message to your friend
around the outside.
Glue the strip around the box, lining up the bottoms. Hold with
clothespins until dry.
