Potpourri Pie
Bring one for the hostess of the holiday party with "baking" instructions.

You need:

Roll out Flour/Salt Dough to fit into bottom of pie pan. Trim off extra leaving about 1/2" around edge. Mold this extra dough into a fluted edge by pressing it on to plate edge and pinching with your thumb and forefinger to form design.

Fill with potpourri.

Roll out more dough (about 1/4" thick) and cut six 1" strips. Lay strips across top of pie, weaving them as shown. Let dough harden overnight before "baking".

Baking Instructions:

Place pie inside warm oven. Potpourri scent escapes into the air.
