Safety Pin Pony Tail Holder
Here's something you don't see everyday! A ponytail holder made from colored safety pins.

You need:

Instructions:

Cut elastic into 9" lengths. Tie a pony bead onto each cord to keep pins from falling off. Begin by stringing a closed safety pin onto both cords, one cord through the head and one cord through the loop at the end. String another safety pin alternating the way the heads face. This will keep the ponytail holder from getting too big on one side. String a metallic pony bead on each cord.

Continue stringing on two safety pins, a bead, two safety pins, a bead, etc. until it is big enough to go around your ponytail. Cut off the beginning beads, loop around bring ends together to form the bracelet. Tie off with a very tight double knot. Trim ends.
