Bulletin Board Faces

You need:

• Head Cut-Out Shapes
• Talk Bubbles
• 35mm Wiggle Eyes
• Gemstones for Earrings
• Tacky Glue
• Yarn
• Permanent Markers
• Ribbon for Hair Bows
• Scissors

Instructions:

Choose a skin tone cut-out. Glue on wiggle eyes. Glue on yarn for hair. Draw on wiggle eyes. Add embellishments such as earring or ribbons.
