Place the bucket upside down so the opening is on the bottom. Using scissors cut the green foam sheet to the size of the top of the blue bucket. Use glue dots to hold the green foam circle to the top of the blue bucket. Take one foam tree piece and place the other foam tree piece in the center to form a standing tree. Cut the leaves with the values on it and use the glue dots to put them on the tree. Use the glue dots to keep the tree in place on top of the bucket. Using the glue dots put the gold scout cut outs around the bucket and at the bottom of the tree.
