Asian Hat SWAPAsian Field Hat SWAPs
To protect their heads, faces and eyes from the harsh sun, field workers wear a woven hat (often called a peasant hat) while working in the rice fields.

You Need:

Instructions:

Cut a slit in the woven circle from the edge to its middle. Overlap edges of slit 1" to form the shape of the hat. Use a hot glue gun to hold in place. Cut an 8" piece of hemp. Tie a knot near the middle and slide a mini pony bead on to both ends. Seperate the ends, trim to right length and hot glue each end to the inside of the hat as shown. Write your swapping information on the tag. Slide it on to the pin and poke the pin through the hat. Set up your swap or join our SWAP Sensation
