You need:
Instructions: Make a cake according to box directions. Frost with white frosting. Melt candy according to package directions. Pour into mold or press white fondant into the mold. (You'll need to make it about 1/2" thick so it doesn't break, Pop out when set. Trim excess off around edges. Brush candy with gold dust. Position on cake. Sprinkle with blue sprinkles.
