Spread a thin layer of tacky glue around a frame. Sprinkle a blue glitter over glue. Tap off extra. Repeat with other frames. (Gltter is included but optional.) Decorate the four frames with the included foam pieces. Glue a photo inside each frame. Let dry.

Measure and cut a piece piece of poster board to 5" x 30". Glue finished frames side by side on poster board lining up the first frame with the edge of the poster board piece. You will have a extra 2" of blank poster board on the other end. Hot glue is easier but if using tacky glue, let dry completely before proceeding.

Form the poster board piece into a large circle overlapping the 2" behind the finished frames. Glue in place with hot glue. One of the included plates will become the base. Turn it upside down and run a bead of glue along the inside edge approximately 1/2" from edge. Place the circle of poster board on top.

Turn a second plate upside down. Run a bead of glue around the inside edge. Turn it over an fit down inside the top of your poster board circle.

Place carboard candle in gold holder. Spread a thin coat of glue to represent dripping wax. Spinkle on the included gold glitter. Shake off extra. Trace around the base in the center of the third plate. Cut out the circle.

Run a bead of glue along the top edge of this plate and place it upside down on top of your centerpiece. Position the candle holder down inside the cut hole gluing to secure. Crumple the piece of tissue paper inside the top of the candle to represent a flame. Glue on the foamie letters and numbers.
