We had two events planned in April so we did not do any Easter crafts. If you are looking for an appropriate Easter craft try Backpack Easter Eggs.

First Meeting in April --
We are fortunate enough to have a both a beach and a Greenbelt trail in our town. We took a 20 minute hike along the trail and learned about trail signs. We then went down to the beach for a picnic lunch and used the sit-upons from our March meeting.

Second Meeting in March --

Our service unit sponsors an International Night every year. Each troop chooses as country and we meet to exchange SWAPs, and sample food. Many of the girls come in traditional clothing of the country and some of the older troops put on short skits.

We chose Canada as our country and made and made pins with maple leaves.

We used the opportunity learn about our neighbors to north.
