First Meeting in February --
Love Bugs
Cost: About $2 per Daisy
I prepared the pompoms and cut out the foam pieces for this job before the meeting. Five year-olds can make the pompoms with help but we didn't have enough time for this. The love bugs came out really nice.

We used the opportunity to talk to the girls about about love and caring about others. Many of girls chose to give their bugs to a member of the family or to their teachers.

Second Meeting in February --
Girl Scout Investiture
We invited our families and had some help from a Junior troop. This was the first time the girls wore their Daisy uniforms and they were able to recite the promise.

A snack was served and the girl's scrapbooks were on display.
