First Meeting in May --
Bubble Bath for Mom
Cost: About $2 per Daisy
This was probably the girls' favorite project. I bought two different kinds of Sauve shampoo -- Lavender and Strawberry. The girls mixed them together or chose just one. The two scents smelled very nice together and the colors (lavender and pink) blended beautifully. I worked with with the girls one at a time while my co-leader helped them design the labels.

We used this as an opportunity to talk to them about all the nice things their Moms did. This was their opportunity to do something nice for them. (Several girls, including my daughter, did not want to part with their bubble bath and kept it for themselves).

Second Meeting in May --
Address Books
Cost: About $2 per Daisy
These address books were a great end-of-the year project. Since the girls are young, I prepared the books with the clip, and cord. I covered them with contact paper. At the meeting, the girls decorated the cover and added beads. They then passed the books around and wrote their names and phone number in each girls' book.

We used this as an opportunity to talk about friendship.
