 Scout Award Plaques
These plaques look like a million but won't take a big chunk out of your
budget.You need:
Instructions:
Mix plaster of Paris according to package directions. Pour into
candy molds. Let sit for half an hour. Pop out molded plaster. Let dry completely (at
least over night).
Stain plaque according to package direction. Let dry. Paint edges
gold. Paint molded plaster emblems gold. Glue on to plaque. Add lettering with gold paint
marker. Attach hardware to back.
