You need:

• Mini Favor Boxes
• Scout Paper Cut Outs
• Glue
• Tissue Paper
• Fleur-de-Lis Craft Punch
  (for boys)
• Molded Pearls (for girls)

Instructions:

For Girls: Glue medium pink trefoil to front of green favor box. Glue small white trefoil on top of the pink one. Glue a string of molded pearls around the pink trefoil. Glue a string of pearls in a square around the front of the box.
