Scout Napkin Rings
For your next scout function! Make reusable napkin rings out of precut foam shapes. Thanks go to Theresa of Den #4 from Long Island for this idea.

You need:

• Foamie Scout Shapes in Two Colors
• Craft Foam
• Tacky Glue or Low Temp Glue Gun

Instructions:

Cut craft foam into 1/2" x 5½" strips. Form into a loop and glue ends. Glue a small scout foamie shape to a medium one in a contrasting color. Glue to loop.
