Tribal Mask
Fierce! Or not. You decide exactly what you would like your mask to look like. 

You Need:

• Plastic Face Mask
• Rigid Wrap
  (you can make -3-4 masks with 1 package if you are frugal with the material)
• Scissors
• Bowl of Water
• Wax Paper
• 2 Sheets of Animal Print Tissue Paper
• Decoupage Solution and Foam Brush
• Feather Boa
• Feathers
• Raffia
• Wiggle Eyes -- 20mm
• Glue Dots, Low Temp Glue Gun, or Tacky Glue
• Craft Foam

Instructions:
Place plastic face mask on wax paper. Cut Rigid Wrap in  1" x 4" strips. You'll need about 50 strips per mask. Dip a strip in the bowl of water and apply to the mask. Continue dipping and applying strips, smoothing the plaster strips with wet fingers. Cover the mask completely. Let dry completely, microwaving if necessary. Ease out the plastic mold. 

Tear tissue paper into 1" pieces. Spread decoupage solution onto a section of the mask and lay torn tissue paper on the solution brushing more solution on top. Continue until the entire mask is covered with overlapping pieces of tissue paper. Let dry.

Decorate the mask to look any way you would like.
