Crumple up a quarter sheet of green tissue paper and glue into basket.
Peel and stick foamie shamrocks all around the tissue paper. Cut a small
piece of green satin cord and make a bow. Hot glue to side of basket.
Make another bow for the other side of the basket. Glue in place.
