Mardi Gras Jester's Hat
Use our magnet kit to make a party accessory for your 18" doll or your 12" bear.

You Need:

• Mini Mardi Gras Jester's Hat Kit
• Tacky Glue
• 12" of Round Elastic
• Mini Low Temp Glue Gun

Instructions:

Glue foamie pieces to hat. Glue on rick rack. Glue ribbon to points with a bell on top. Glue on gemstones.  Measure around bear or dolls head. Trim elastic to correct size. Hot glue one end of the round elastic to each side of the back
