Stand marshmallow on end. Glue barrel bead in place for head. Let dry. Cut 1/2" ovals out of black foam. Glue in place for ears. Glue on wiggle eyes. Pinch off a piece of a cotton ball and glue it to the top of the head. Glue another piece to the other end for a tail. Glue on four pony beads for legs and glue the legs to a circle of craft foam.
