Fold the sides of the paper plate up
toward the center. Overlap the corners so the holes line up. Place one
of the included brads through each the holes. Spread the ends to secure.
Position the handle over the two center holes and secure with brads.
Glue the head pieces together and glue to the handle. Glue on the bow.
Glue on the tail.
