You Need:

Foamie Shamrock
Mini Top Hat
Jewelry Craft Pin
Gold Foil
Tacky Glue
Optional SWAP Tags
Scissors

Instructions:

Cut a slit near the bottom of a foamie shamrock. Push in a mini top hat and glue along the bottom of the hat. Cut a tiny gold square out of the foil. Glue to the front of the mini hat. Add a pin.

Add a tag for swapping. Join our SWAP Sensation.
