Shamrock Wand Kit
Tacky Glue

Instructions:

Fold the green ribbon in half and glue the folded end to the bottom of one of the large green shamrocks. Repeat for other ribbon. Glue a small shamrock to each ribbon end. Glue one end of the wooden dowel to the bottom center of the shamrock. Glue the other large green shamrock on top sandwiching the dowel and ribbon ends between both shamrocks. Spread a thin layer of glue over the shamrock. Sprinkle on glitter. Repeat for other side. Let dry.
