Irish Foamie Derby
Not just for leprechauns! Everyone will want one for St. Patrick's Day.

You Need:

• Irish Hat Kit
• Tacky Glue
• Low Temp Glue Gun

Instructions:

Use tacky glue to glue black band across the foam hat piece. Glue on gold cord. Glue on shamrock. Hot glue the green strips to derby back, even with the black band. Trim to fit head. Hot glue velcro pieces to the ends.
