Turtle Straw Hat Decoration
Decorate a 6" straw hat to look like a turtle. Makes a great luau decoration. 

You Need:

• 8" Straw Hat
• Tacky Glue
• Wiggle Eyes -- 10mm
• Tropical Foamies
• Green and Light Green Paint & Brush
• Neon Green Craft Foam

Instructions:

Paint the crown of the hat green. Let dry. Paint spots on the turtle's shell. Cut pieces to make turtle head, feet and tail. Glue in place. Glue foamie tropical pieces to the brim. Glue on wiggle eyes.
