Straw Hat Decoration
Decorate a 6" straw hat to look like a turtle. Makes a great luau
decoration.
You Need:
Instructions:
Paint the crown of the hat green. Let dry. Paint spots on the
turtle's shell. Cut pieces to make turtle head, feet and tail. Glue in
place. Glue foamie tropical pieces to the brim. Glue on wiggle eyes.
