Cut craft foam to in half lengthwise so it measures
5" x 12". Roll into a tube overlapping an inch and hot glue.
Cut a 54" piece of strapping. Glue the strapping ends together to
form a big loop being careful not to twist it. Glue to the sides of
your craft foam tube using photo as a guide. Peel and stick foam
letters to spell out your name.
