Splatter Caps
Here's a party craft the kids will actually make and wear.

You need:

• Painter's Caps
• Squeeze Bottle Tie Dye Kit

Instructions:

Cover work surface with plastic to protect. 

Fill squeeze bottles with cold water and shake vigorously to mix. Uncap and drip solution all around the cap. Let dry.
